left over trim from the temple... for me?

Well I've been lacking a bit in the consistency department with the emails so sorry but here is this one

Christmas was one of the more fun days I've had in the mission. One family invited us over and they had a big dog named Simba😄 such a good boy

We then went to the petrollinis home and Marco (look up meet the mormons/marco and you'll see him and his fam) showed us the blueprints to the temple and it was sick. He also said he would make us some picture frames out of the leftover wood trim used in the temple

Also get this: because our English course loves us so much for some reason, they took us out for "giro pizza" which I guess means they bring out pizzas and everyone gets a piece. It was super sick but we had to go home before they brought out the Nutella pizza

Overall, can't complain because this week has been so fun

Abbiate una bella settimana,

My new favorite picture is with the hot dog cactus 🌵 also I got to take a train alone for like 2 hours to get my Italian citizenship and it was WILD to be alone. The sisters and us went our sign finding with Lucia and she was a tank haha

doing missionary work on hard mode

I would like to start off and say i love the rain but when it's 40 degrees and happens all day everyday... I don't love the rain. Also the people in Terni don't like the rain and especially don't like US when we try and talk to them in the rain😪

This week was actually filled with a bunch of fun stuff! On Friday, we got permission to go to the temple with the new convert, Lucia. I got to baptize her for her grandma and I was baptized for her grandpa. Very tender

We had the Christmas party the next night and we all for lidl sweaters hahah lidl is like the Walmart of Europe so we are dripped out now. Also a mom and daughter from English course came and the 12 year old daughter said "you must not leave ever". Of course I hit her with a "ok, but why?" And she proceeded to say "you are my best friends". Another tender moment

On Sunday, the cool family in the ward had us over for dinner and half way through the dinner, my last companion came up in the convo (the French one). Idk if yall could tell from the emails but we had a ROUGH time together but anyways the family just started roasting him for all the crap he did. I felt a little bad but also I'm glad I'm not the only one that thought he was nonsensical
They also turned on the chosen for us missionaries and it was wild to watch TV. Fantastic times

Italian for the week: buon natale is merry Christmas
