spinning drunk people

 This week was so grindy with a lot of cancelled lessons so lots of time outside talking to people. We had a very interesting convo with a drunk friend that we met on a Monday afternoon. I'll put the dialog that I wrote 5 minutes after it happened🤭 it's probably confusing but use your best imagination

Talking about English class

Cuts my comp off talking about how he is... German and Russian but adopted by italians 

*abruptly* "Dio ha un progetto per te" (God has a project for you)

Anz Hope calls him out saying he was on the bench saying the same thing 3 hours ago

"Oh yeah that was me, I can tell you and so can he" *points to drunk friend across street*

*drunk friend comes over to us conspicuous*

"Yea did you know God has a project for you. I received a fax and it says your life will be good forever"

*proceeds to get fax from God - starts beeping*

Beepeepbeepbee (high pitch rapid beeps)

"That was a fax from God"

*starts dancing and spinning and knocks his friends phone over*

"¡Devi morire!" (You must die) -says the first guy

"dEvI mOrIrE" (singing devi morire) -says second guy as he spins away

Other notable events:

We played spike ball on the beach and it was so fun

We put the rest of our part member Venezuelan family on date 

I got to soccer balls on the roof of our church and they all dapped me up after😎

 Second week in Palermo down! It was a super good week with zone conference and a bountiful amount of miracles😏

I gave my first zone conference training and it was way fun. It's crazy because usually I get way worked up to talk infront of people but i felt prepared and it went well

We did service at this farmacy and they basically made us street contact for 3 hours hahah we had to try and get people to buy medicine for the sick and needy and we made it a way fun time. Every time we got a sale, we did a victory lap around the store and the Romanian famacist lady went wild😜

We put our boy luigi on date for march 4. He's honestly top 3 Italians that I've ever met hahah he's so sweet and chill. From some reason while at the members house, her sweet 85 (Maria) year old neighbor came over and tried to convince Luigi that he wasn't read. She is the opposition in all things

The beach is way nice and I'm starting to realize how blessed I am to be doing this work here🤠 I know the gathering of Israel is the greatest thing we can we participating in

First time seeing the ocean 🦑

 Well I'm a city boy now. I'm not quite sure how much i like it because there's way to much going on haha I guess it is the 5th biggest city in Italy. It's not been sure hard to adjust but I miss being in Terni every once in a while. Kinda funny that I feel that way because i hated it at the beginning😅

Overall the work is going tho! We are teaching a Spanish family that my Mexican comp found so that sick. We also had a member meal and i drank my first beer. It was not alcoholic which was cool but the member said that he drinks them to fit in and once he fits in... he can share the gospel...🥸

We had a 12 hour train ride from Rome to Palermo but seeing the sea made it all worth it! At hour 8, our train got onto a boat and we crossed onto the island😮

We've been street contacting a good amount and talking about how God loves us is the most fundamental principle but a couple nights ago when praying, it hit me how lucky we are to be able to talk to our father in heaven. How crazy is that?! It's obsurd how much we can see his hand in our lives... especially when we are looking

Southern Italy 🤌

Holy cow this was probably one of the craziest weeks of the mission! We knew it was my last one and mixing in my birthday, things got crazy...🥴

We had my last district counsel and I ended up crying while bearing my testimony so that was super awkward but overall, things went super good. For lunch after, everyone gave me there cards to buy the pizza but turns out, the senior couple clutched up and bought for us

We had two crazy door knocking miracles: the first was that while looking for a less active, we were let into an apartment building randomly so we knocked all 17 floors and people were so nice! No one let us in but we had 3 people tell us to come back

Second, on Sunday night we almost got the police called on us for knocking doors but kept going and we found a Colombian family that wanted to hear a message about eternal families. She wasn't there but it turns out that the mom and I know eachother and are basically friends. Crazy tender mercy

Lucia the new convert bought me a trucker hat that has a cow on it. It was between the cow trucker hat and an eagles that said "freedom" which is wicked sick but it was only on the beanies🐄

The whole ward sang happy birthday to me after Second hour which made it harder to say goodbye and then English course took us to get pizza on Tuesday. Overall, the other sister that is leaving and I got really spoiled these last 2 weeks but after almost 8 months in Terni...

I'm getting transfered to Palermo😁📈 it's in Sicily and I'm way excited. I've heard some good things about the food and people
