who taught him that word?? 🤨

 I feel so bad for not writing for like a month but here's an email about what's going on...

First things first- we had a dinner with our ward mission leader and he said the n word a couple times. I wasn't sure if I could laugh for not. Maybe it was a test. I failed. 

A very sweet lady in our english class (our Italian grandma) invited us over to learn how to make lasagna😋 I'm learning all these things so I can make them at home. I'm very excited. I also learned how to make hard boiled eggs and I'm pretty gassed up about it💯

We've been door knocking a lot as of recent and it's actually so fun when you can get in the apartment complex. My least favorite however if when you hear them come to the door, look through the peep hole, then walk away... like "sir haha um you forgot to open the door ha😅😟"

Our ward mission leader also said I looked like alfalfa and his wife almost peed her pants about it. Hahah very funny😠 I think it hurt more when they told the Anziano with glasses that he looks like Jeffery Dahmer hahaha

Life is great but sadly I've only for 77 days left so I guess see yall soon

 It's been a minute since I've written an email and it's hard as time is winding down... today marks 3 months left! 

Regardless of how much time we have left, we've been grinding and have seen some cool miracles

We met this kid Emanuel as he left his apartment and took a book of mormon so we leave but we feel prompted to go back and knock his families apartment door. Someone else ends up letting us in and over the microphone doorbell thing says "third floor" so we go up and they are having a party. They let us in and fed us lentils and also listened to some gospel principles so that was cool! 

We went to a beach and I gotta say there is nothing like the beaches here in Sardegna

We were door knocking yesterday morning and had a funny interaction, here it is😊

"Hey sir, we are volunteers for our church and help people grow their relationship with God. Are you interested?"

"No, we are atheists"

"If I can ask... why?"

"I'm waiting for a sign from heaven"

(Me *boldy) "here we are! We were sent by..."

(Him *with attitude) "no a sign from up there" *pointing to the sky as he closed door

I don't know how he's gonna explain that one to Heavenly Father🤷 either way, life is way good here on the Rock, can't complain!

Last, on Monday a woman from our English course taught us how to make ravioli!! I'm gassed up about it and I'll by a pasta maker when I get home

 After 3 months in the blessed land of Palermo, I got the boot to the big island in the mission called Sardegna. It's where all most of the Italians go on vacation🏖

We went to the bench today for like 6 hours and the water was so clear but I don't posses sun block so I got fried
