Sweet email from the Senior Couple in Carsons area...

Dear Brother and Sister Lewis. I wanted to reach out and introduce ourselves. We are Elder and Sister Tietjen and are the Senior couple here on the Island of Sardinia. We have been here for just over a year and are stationed in Oristano. We are from Sandy Utah and have 3 kids, 2 sons and a daughter. My wife served in the Italy Rome mission 40 + years ago and I served in Hong Kong. Yes, I am trying to learn Italian but it is slow going. We love the opportunity to serve with Elder Lewis here on the island. We have been so impressed with him and have really been amazed by his dedication and testimony. He is a great Zone leader and he and his new companion are doing good things here in Sardinia.
